Digital Product Refund Policy
Digital products purchased from Walk In Your Worthiness, LLC are generally final and non-refundable because access or delivery may be provided immediately after purchase.
This policy applies to downloadable and digitally delivered products, including journals, workbooks, audio reflections, music, digital bundles, recorded content, self-paced digital experiences, and similar resources, including digital products delivered through platforms such as Payhip or Thinkific.
When We Will Review a Request
We will review legitimate issues involving:
- duplicate charges;
- failure to receive or access a purchased product;
- missing, incorrect, or corrupted files;
- technical problems that prevent reasonable access and cannot be resolved; or
- a product that is materially different from the description provided at the time of purchase.
When appropriate, we may first correct the issue, replace a file, restore access, or provide the correct product.
Requests under this policy should generally be submitted within 14 calendar days of purchase, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
Submitting a request does not guarantee a refund.
When Refunds Are Generally Not Available
Refunds are generally not provided because you changed your mind, decided you no longer want or need the product, did not use or complete the product, expected a particular result, or the product did not match a personal preference that was not promised in the product description.
For products sold as a bundle, partial refunds for individual components of the bundle are generally not available.
Nothing in this policy limits consumer rights that cannot legally be waived.
Personal Use
Unless otherwise stated, digital products are provided for individual personal use only.
Purchased materials may not be shared, redistributed, resold, uploaded publicly, rebranded, or used to create substantially similar commercial products without written permission.
If a refund is issued, the purchaser's license and access to the refunded product end, except where otherwise required by law. Any downloaded copies of the refunded product should no longer be used or distributed.
Billing, Access, and Refunds
Purchases and payments may be processed through third-party platforms or providers including Payhip, Thinkific, Stripe, and PayPal.
If a refund is approved, it will generally be returned to the original payment method and may be subject to the payment provider's processing time.
If you believe there is a billing, delivery, or access problem, please contact us first when possible so we have an opportunity to review and resolve the issue.
Access to a purchased product may be temporarily paused while a payment dispute or chargeback concerning that purchase is being reviewed. Nothing in this policy limits any dispute or payment rights available to you under applicable law.
Coaching, Live Programs, and Other Services
This policy applies to digital products and self-paced digital experiences only.
Live or cohort-based group coaching, workshops, webinars, memberships, live courses, and other services may have separate cancellation, refund, enrollment, or participation terms provided at the time of registration or purchase.
A self-paced digital product does not become a live service merely because it is delivered through a course-hosting platform such as Thinkific.
